Shipping policy

Standard shipping orders should be received within 5 days after your order has been shipped. Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be fulfilled on the next business day.

You will receive confirmation of any order placed via email. You will also receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

We offer insured domestic shipping. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

To ensure that your package is delivered to the proper address and within the specified time frame, please ensure your address is entered correctly during checkout. If there are any issues during the address verification process, customer care will contact you to attempt to resolve any issues. Orders with address verification issues are subject to cancellation if our team determines a recipient to be unresponsive to these attempts. A refund will then be processed to the original form of payment.

If you notice a mistake in the order details after it has been processed, please contact us as soon as possible to prevent delays.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
